Dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of Vladimir Chekhov - Ukrainian public and political figure. Vladimir Musiyovych - an active participant in public life in Odessa, in 1917 - a member of the Ukrainian Central Rada. From 26.12.1918 to 02.11.1919 head of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UPR. According to government initiatives UPR 01/01/1919 proclaimed autocephaly Autocephalous Orthodox Church. In 1929, Chekhov arrested on trumped-up case and shot at Solovki.
